International Server laws

International Server Laws.

The following laws are created universally on the server which every player must obey it is also the country's duty to enforce these laws.

Every Person has the right to free speech.
No citizen shall discriminate or offend any player on any topic can be found disturbing.
Every nation has the right to enforce their desired laws as long as these laws do not generally directly offend any players.
Every Nation has the right to declare war on another nation inside the server.
In order to successfully conquer a nation, the attacking force must kill the leader of the nation three times. The defending side, however, must kill the leader of the attacking forces three times. Soldiers have unlimited respawns.
To declare war. A nation must privately message Joepbic#9461 on Discord privately.
If the attacking forces lose the war, they may not attack that nation for 60 days.
During war times it is illegal to use enchanted items from creative, diamond tools and armour, iron armour and any enchanted weapons or armour.
During war times it is illegal to harm, capture or kill civilians.
After a war, captured soldiers must be let free as they followed orders from their superiors. The commander of any crime committed must be held responsible and can not blame his soldiers for following his orders.
During a war, there must be at least one war supervisor to validate that both parties did not cheat during battle.
It is illegal to use explosives of fires when attacking a nation which is on peace status.
It is illegal to hack, spam, or sabotage the internet connection of an enemy during wartimes.
Diamond weapons, Enchanted food and diamond armour is illegal.
Enchanted weapons are illegal. Blocks or items may also receive only one enchantment.
It is forbidden to create a room where players cannot enter or leave through adventure mode.
It is forbidden to use any chemical weapons during the war or any other indiscriminatory weapons unless these are explosives or fires.
It is forbidden to torture any soldiers during a war.
The host is diplomatically immune in any nation.
During war times, no player in the nation may have moderator powers. This includes government officials, administrators and kings of nations.
Every citizen has the right to travel freely unless they have an active warrant or an invalid passport.
Shields are illegal to use during war.

Regualtions Regarding Players using Operator Commands

Each Nation leader is entitled to issue operator to 3 of their citizens. With 1 extra operator per 10 active Discord players.
Operators may only use their powers inside their host nation.
An operator may not take and store any items from Creative.
Operators may not teleport to players unless the teleportation is domestic, and authorised by the other player.
Operators may never change the server settings.
Operators may only use command tools if there are less than 4 players in the game (This includes the host).
Operators may not use their powers to capture or arrest other players.
Operators failing to follow orders from staff will instantly lose their operator permission.
