Police units in Downtown Koefdam recieved a call of a citizen carrying a gun in the Eastern Tower of the World Trade Centre. The police immediatly responded and reached the scene in less than 2 minutes. The armed citizen managed to enter the skybridge when the police arrived at the scene. The K.C.P.D immediatly sent a hostige negociator onto to the skybridge although unfortunatly, the civilllian jumped.
